What services does Big Brother Towers offer?
We offer three services under one roof: fully furnished apartments for rent, a premium event venue, and a gaming and entertainment lounge.
Do I need to create an account to make a booking?
No account is required. You can browse, book, and pay without registering. Simply provide your name, phone number, and email at the time of booking and you will receive a confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, credit/debit card (online), cash on arrival, and POS payment on-site.
Is Big Brother Towers open every day?
Our apartments are available 7 days a week. Our office team is available Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can always reach us on WhatsApp.
Apartment Questions
What is included in the apartment rental?
All apartments include free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, secure parking, a private ensuite bathroom, smart TV, hot water, and 24/7 security.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Can I book an apartment for a monthly stay?
Yes. We offer both nightly and monthly rental options. Please contact us on WhatsApp for monthly rates and long-term availability.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in.
Is the apartment suitable for families with children?
Yes, children are welcome. Please mention the number of guests, including children, at the time of booking so we can ensure the right apartment is assigned.
Event Venue Questions
What is the capacity of the event venue?
We are located in Bonaberi, Douala, Cameroon. Exact address and Google Maps directions are available on our Contact page.
What is included with the venue hire?
Venue hire includes: professional sound system, stage and ambiance lighting, projector and screen, tables and chairs, air conditioning, secure parking, and an on-site event coordinator.
Can I bring my own caterer?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own catering team. Alternatively, we can connect you with our recommended catering partners. Please inform us in advance
How far in advance should I book the venue?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates and the December holiday season. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Can I visit the venue before booking?
Absolutely. We encourage site visits before booking. Contact us on WhatsApp to schedule a viewing at a convenient time.
Gaming & Entertainment Questions
What games and activities are available?
We offer console gaming (PlayStation, Xbox), karaoke, board games, and movie nights.
Do I need to book in advance?
Booking in advance is strongly recommended, especially for weekends and group sessions, as slots fill up quickly. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
Can I book the lounge for a private group event?
Yes. We offer private group packages for up to 15 guests. For larger groups, please contact us directly to discuss a custom arrangement.
Are refreshments available in the gaming lounge?
Complimentary drinks are included in our group and premium packages. Individual session bookings can add refreshments for an additional fee.
